I’m Aaron Hilgart — founder of High Tech Hilgart, a cybersecurity consulting company built to protect small businesses from modern threats.

With a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a career focused on IT security consulting, I help organizations strengthen their networks, systems, and compliance posture. I’ve guided businesses through frameworks like NIST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, translating complex risks into clear, actionable strategies. Alongside my civilian IT work, I served for nine years in the U.S. Army—including time in military counterintelligence—where I developed leadership, discipline, and a mission-driven mindset that continues to shape my approach to cybersecurity and client partnerships.

I hold certifications including CCSP, CySA+, SSCP, Security+, and more — but what really sets HTH apart is our approach: practical, straightforward, and focused on your real-world needs.
